Michael P. Friedman has 40 years of experience trying cases before both judges and juries as well as arguing before appellate panels resulting in appellate decisions that established new precedent.
He works towards resolutions addressing clients' needs in the most cost efficient means possible. His experience covers almost every area of law and, using that experience, he fashions comprehensive solutions to complex problems. He has lately concentrated much of his work on litigation matters within the Probate and Family Courts including family law matters such as divorce, custody and parenting disputes and Probate matters involving conflicts concerning wills and trusts.
He has extensive experience in matters relating to custody and parenting, inter-state removal matters and the modification, defense and enforcement of existing judgments. He is result oriented and will always work with his clients to find the solution that fits their individual needs with a full understanding that each client’s problem is unique and requires a tailored solution.
