Michael P. Friedman has 40 years of experience trying cases before both judges and juries as well as arguing before appellate panels resulting in appellate decisions that established new precedent.
He works towards resolutions addressing clients' needs in the most cost efficient means possible. Richard L. Brickley, Jr., is a principal with Brickley, Sears & Sorett, P.A. He is a graduate of Union College (B.A., 1969) and Suffolk University School of Law (J.D., 1973). Mr. Brickley is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Brickley’s practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, and the administration of estates. He is a third generation family member of the office with forty-five years representing generations of families.
